How Personal Information is Collected

JM collects your Personal Information in the following ways:

Registration.  JM collects your Personal Information when you register to attend one of our webinars, masterclasses, courses, free downloads or product purchases and/or register to become an authorized reseller of our products or services.

Ordering.  JM collects your Personal Information when you place an order for our products or services.

Surveys and Questionnaires.  JM collects Personal Information voluntarily provided by you in response to surveys, questionnaires, and user polls.

Types of Personal Information Collected

The types of Personal Information we collect about you depends on the nature of your interaction with JM. Specifically,

Attending Webinars.  When you register to attend one of our free webinars, JM collects your name and email address.

Authorized Reseller.  When you register to become an authorized reseller of our products and services (in other words an “affiliate”), JM collects your first and last name, email address, mailing address, phone number, zip code, and credit card information.

Ordering Products/Services.  When you place and order for our products or services, JM collects your first and last name, email address, mailing address, phone number, zip code, and credit card information.

Responding to Surveys and Questionnaires. When you respond to a survey, questionnaire or user poll, JM collects any Personal Information you voluntarily provide in your responses.


How Your Personal Information is Used

JM uses Personal Information we collect to serve our legitimate business interests.  Personal Information is used in the following ways:

Persons we employ directly, or as contractors or agents at our direction, use Personal Information for purposes of administering our core business functions, such as the fulfillment of orders or services, the furnishing of customer care and support, and supplying the availability of other products or services we think might be of interest to our users.

Automatically Collected Information

In addition to the above, JM may collect aggregate information and uses “cookies” on its website as follows:

Aggregate Information.  When you visit our website, web servers may track and collect general information about your visit (for example, the time and date of your visit, the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the website from which you entered our website, your operating system and browser type and any search terms you enter on our website), which is stored as anonymous, aggregated data.  This information is used to monitor the level of activity on our website, evaluate its effectiveness, and improve the content on the website to make your visit an easy and enjoyable experience. Any aggregated information that can be correlated with other information to identify you will be treated and protected as Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
